Ashland Scenic Campground, LLC

Reservations booked online will be subject to a $5.00 booking fee. All Cottages and Cabins with the exception of the (Ashand Lodge and Crumpler House) linens and towels are not provided. All lodges,cottages and cabins are SMOKE FREE.

Pets are welcome with the exception of Pit Bulls. Pets when outside, must be kept on leash.

As of January first 2015 all reservations that are cancelled at least three weeks prior to your arrive date, you will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee for all rental types. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival date but at least 1 week before your arrival date, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for Lodges, Cottages and Rental Homes and a $25 cancellation for Cabins & RV Sites. If you cancel your reservation with less than 1 week notice, you will forfeit your deposit on all rental types. If you would like to change your dates, you are required to notify Ashland Resort at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be no charge for first initial change of dates. Any subsequent changes will be subject to our normal cancellation policy. There will be no changing of dates on reservations with less than 2 weeks prior notice.
