We stayed several nights in this RV Park. The managers we helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the pull through lots were great. We will stay there again.

Good stay off the highway. Would stay again. Level sites, pretty close together, but easy in and out pull thru. Didn't try cable, but wifi wasn't useable on our phones. Seems quiet and safe.

This is a nice stopover place. The people were friendly and the spaces good and level. It was very quiet and peaceful.

From the moment we walked into the office, we knew we'd like this campground. It just had a very good feel about it. The woman at the desk was pleasant and treated us like longtime friends. Some sites are very close, but ours was nice and roomy. It was also very level. There's a nice clubhouse with a pool table, sitting area and book exchange.

Large pull through spots, wifi and cable included. Very helpful staff Plain like a mud hen but one with a big heart.

Stayed 1 night. This park is basically a residential park for 20 to 30 year old RVs. All pads are cliche and the dust is pretty bad. The reception clerk was very friendly. We tried the hot tub but it never got to temperature. The cable was fine and the wifi worked well. They should really work on image as this place is quite depressing.

Site was fine. Cable was good. Wifi was pretty bad--could connect with laptop but iPhone was extremely spotty, on for a bit then off, then back on, totally unpredictable . Ultimately I used a hotspot to get things accomplished. FYI, I connected just fine at the McDonalds a mile away so I think it is their system. With lots of RV parking choices around, I may choose another next time.

| Ok for Overnight, Big Rig Friendly

We are 75' long with RV and Trailer, no problems getting in and out. Ok for an overnight, would not choose to vacation here personally. 80%ish full time residents, some RVs are a little rough. Large dog run. Cheap prices. Didn't try Wi-Fi.

| Good overnight stay

A lovely welcome and a good spot just off the highway. We are light sleepers but this RV Park is just far enough away for highway noise to not be a problem. Gravel sites, close side-by-side. Basic restrooms, but clean. Good enough for an overnight, with Walmart, etc, a close drive. PA, GS discount make this good value.

Excellent facilities and spotless. Hot tub, 24 hr cheap laundry, great welcome, microwave, quiet & helpful people. Pitches a bit close but fine. $25 p n.

With 20 open site plus. They are very present and welcoming. 13.95 with PA rate. Been here before and now I'm back.

| Great for overnight

Pros Easy access from I10 Big rig friendly Easy hookups even in the dark Friendly Cons Sites are very close Noisy Reservation process Great stop for an overnight stay. Railway and I 10 are close so you will hear trains until about 11pm and of course the loud truck or car on I10. The sites are well marked to include glow in the dark flags for the electric but they are close. They are level enough and gravel too. Yes there are older rigs and fulltimers but who cares. It was a great overnight stay for the price. I called ahead for reservations 3 times and there seemed to be some confusion each time but I got in. If I were staying in Deming for 3 or more days, I'd most likely not stay here but a night or two is fine.
