Super secluded
By user-5278725... on 2017-10-23.
Only 1/2 mile from I-5 but you'd never know it. Densely forested with paved roads, back-in gravel sites, each with a picnic table and fire pit. Had neighbors but could hardly see them and never heard them. FHU except cable; wifi is good if near office; I connected no problem from my site ~75m away. Yes they were strict but had no issues -- even gave me some movies to watch for free because I'd forgotten my wallet when I went to the office to rent them. Stayed 2-nights; will stay again. Loved the serenity.

Quite and restful
By user-5851056... on 2017-10-23.
We were highly impressed, the spots are spacious with lots of trees in between. We walked the grounds and even the tent camping was spacious. The showers and bathrooms were super clean. The people were really friendly and down to earth. They offered to help back us in, which was a great thing because the road was tight. There is a pool 3-5 feet (closed when we were there) there is also a retro park our kids had fun playing there.

Wish I could give it tells ten stars
By user-5842487... on 2017-10-23.
The park is beautiful, and the layout is exceptional. If you want seclusion, there are many sites offering all the privacy you could want. If you prefer an open campsite, those are also available. Solid, secure electrical service. Clean restrooms and showers. The staff is VERY friendly. I read one review that said they were not frienfly, but that has not been my experience. I have been RV'ING for over 40 years, and this has been one of the best experiences I have had.

We have stayed here twice. This trip we were here for four nights. I call it a little forest oasis that you are not expecting. Easy access to the freeway. The owners/ managers are very friendly and the campground is exceptionally clean. Nice little store in the office for those things you forgot to bring.

Big Wooded Sites
By user-5599666... on 2017-10-23.
Nice owners. Older, clean bathrooms - needed more soap dispensers (one empty dispenser for seven sinks). Sites are mostly wooded and spacious. Well cared for. Would stay there again.

Great place!
By user-5830075... on 2017-10-23.
A very nice place run by some super helpful and pleasant people. I was given a description and choice of sites when registering. Each site was very nice and ours was near the playground with plenty of space and good wifi. We loved all of the tall trees and brush between the sites so you aren't sitting right by another camper or their hookups. Very kid friendly with playground, swimming pool, petting zoo, and even a bicycle racetrack - which our kids loved. Their quiet time and pet rules where emphasized at check in and everyone seemed to abide by them (which is nice considering that everyone usually thinks that rules are for everyone else other than themselves!) Nice clean shower bath house and laundry area was one of the best I've seen in an RV park. Location is close to city activity but we couldn't hear much noise from the interstate except for an occasional loud truck here and there. Quick 10 min drive to downtown farmers market and capital building. We enjoyed this place so much we ended up staying a few extra nights.

Wooded, clean
By user-6270840... on 2017-10-23.
This campground has mostly wooded sites which offer lots of privacy. Very friendly family owned campground. Close to freeway. Older bathrooms but usually quite clean. Poor WiFi connection unless you are near or in the office.

Not very welcoming.
By user-5342875... on 2017-10-23.
First I want to say that the park is beautiful. Clean and well taken care of. Unfortunately the staff is a little uptight. Started off at getting yelled at to slow down (speed limit 5 mph we were going 8) and then you are directed back (by the gentleman who just yelled at us) into our space for which we are now rattled. Our space was by the volleyball grassy field. Our dogs got loose a couple of times playing on the grass, got scolded for that. We understand the dog rule and if someone complains then yes you should be told(like us fine), but on our last night there, there was a family that had a border collie and some kids running around and the dog was playing frisbee no one else around and sure enough they got scolded. It took the beauty of this place away. Didn't feel like we could relax and felt like we were constantly being watched. Unfortunately we won't be back.

We loved this park. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Gave us lots of info and suggestions on the area. Quite and kinda secluded but COSTCO, WALMART are close by. Lots of trees. Each site has table and fire pit. Would definitelly stay again.

Stayed 2019-04-08 to 2019-04-10
Sites are trees and a good size. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Washrooms, showers and laundry rooms were clean and modern. Close to get into Olympia for supplies, and to drive to the Capital Lakes region. Campground was quiet and well cared for.
Would highly recommend this place!

Great spot for exploring the area.
By user-4558195... on 2019-08-09.
Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious wooded sites with nearby clean restrooms and showers. Has a nice park, pool, and laundry facilities. The office has a good selection of things you might need in a pinch and a movie library which is great for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2019-07-03 to 2019-07-08
This family owned campground is beautiful! Karla, Karla's Mother and Jim the Camp Host go above and beyond to make sure our stay was safe and relaxing! So if you read other reviews that state the camp host is cranky, I beg to differ. He was pleasant and assisted us with what was needed during our stay. Kudos to this campground. Loved it so much we will be returning before end summer 2019 and for 4th of July weekend 2020 (yes...they take reservations one year in advance).

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
We have been here several times on our first trip this year my 7 year old daughter forgot her coat I had every intention to run to Walmart and buy her a coat but before we could even get unhooked the owner Rita brought my daughter a brand new coat when I offered to pay for it she said no they are always very friendly and over memorial day weekend even got us a spot last minute love it here we will come here for years to come
