An ok park

It's a lovely setting, on the Mohawk River. Many regulars come here, it seems. Sites were spacious, lots of trees around. Graveled sites. There was a domestic disturbance behind and it was handled well by the manager. Few amenities. Wifi was terrible. Dump station is set up on the wrong side of the road. Few choices in the area, so would probably stay here again

We really enjoyed this campground! The staff was very accommodating, even waiting for our arrival at 10:00pm due to horrible traffic in Massachusetts. The grounds are well kept and our site overlooked the lake, very picturesque! The prices are affordable. Highly recommend!

Nice low key rv park. No playground for kids. Park seems to attract nice families.

Beautiful location but . . .

This is a great rv park with beautifully kept grounds, wonderful location along the Mohawk River, and friendly, helpful, personable staff. The price is very reasonable at $37; if you stay a week there's even more discount. Yet, there's always a but. Trains regularly blow horns nearby. The wifi is spotty, with practically no reception at my campsite. Bottom line, I definitely recommend this park.

The RV park is on the Erie Canal, Mohawk River

We stayed two nights in the fall. The RV park is on the Erie Canal, Mohawk River. When we arrived, they had just pulled all the boat docks out of the water (only 2 weeks to the end of the season). There were a lot of them too. But we were here as a rest stop on our travels. Very friendly at check-in and helpful. We had a pull-thru with water and power, dump on the way out (which was behind us, not on the way out). The site had crushed stone, but wasn’t level at all. I was at the end of my front landing gear’s extension and still wasn’t quite level. But, the site was wooded with a picnic table and fire ring. The power pole was new and the water pressure was great. I was able to get satellite reception, but they do have cable too if you’re site is set more in the woods. Wi-Fi was terrible though, actually non-existent. We were only a few feet from the office, but couldn’t get Wi-Fi. And I have a device to pull-in just about any poor signal, and here, there was no signal. There are train tracks with trains running quite a bit. They are just far enough away though to be tolerable. They recycle here, which is a rarity in RV parks, and a happy surprise.
I would stay again.

Friendly staff, Sites are large and level. Lots of shade and green grass. Facilities were clean. Good wifi and cable. Would definitely stay here again. Had to have mobile RV mechanic come to site to fix heater. Nice guy and reasonable. He was recommended by Mgr. It was good to have heat!!

Small very well maintained campground and marina. Close to Interstate 90. Right on the Mohawk River. Friendly staff. Sites fairly level gravel. 30amp, some sights have sewer. No Cable but plenty of over the air stations. No highway noise but some report train whistle across the river. We would most likely stay here again when in the area. Close to Albany and Schenectady.

AWESOME RV PARK!

We stopped here going East toward Maine... Right off 90. Easy on and off the highway. Beautiful park right on the Mohawk River with big tall trees providing shade and beautiful sites. Staff could not be any friendlier or more helpful. We liked it so well we came back here on our way home. At the dump site someone noticed our tow car back tire was almost flat. One of the owners got an air pump and filled the tire so we could be on our way. Just a great place to stop and relax wherever you are headed. Some FHU some electric water. Easy entrance gas station around the corner for big rigs.

Pretty park. Good layout. Right on the river. The pull through sites where kinda small for yard area.
I was unable to connect to the WiFi. There is a dog park. Bathroom was there but not too clean.
I would stay again as an overnight stop. FYI they only accept cash and check.

Arrowhead Marina is a quiet gem!

We loved it here! Only stayed one night here! It is a perfect quiet spot, clean, and friendly! Easy access from the highway.
