No individual fire pits allowed. $5 per person fee for "extra guests". Awning to awning, tight spacing on both sides. Not much of a view even in the "front row" spots. Otherwise as advertised. Full hookups, easy walk to the small boat harbor and town. We looked at the other RV park options in Valdez and they didn't seem any better so if you want to stay in town, you get what you get.
Nice park walking distance from town. Gravel lot, spaces are close, full hookup, lots overlook a water fowl refugee with nesting birds. A bit costly, but it is their prime season.
Right in town walking distance to most everything. Showers are single rooms with sink toilet and shower just like your bathroom at home. Very clean. Scenery out your RV window is unbelievable. Entire lot is gravel and sites are very close.
