Nice place close to I-20 level cement parking pads, real nice folks and gravel lot to drive on no mud. Great place to stay overnight if you're traveling through and easy to find. Great rates as well $30 for Good Sam member with full hookups.

We use this park often. The owner is always friendly and helpful. The overnight sites are concrete pull-through and level. Wifi is adequate. It's not a resort but great but convenient from interstate and hwy 45.

We stay here when traveling I-20. Good price, level, TV cable good, wifi ok, easy off and on I-20. Only issue is that there isn't much grass for pet relief.

Great one night stay

Only giving for stars and not give cause I didn't get to experience but one night here. First off the lady I never met cause I got in at 11pm was great over the phone and had everything ready when we arrived. Having free WiFi was a plus. The next morning we rode poor bikes to the lake across the highway on a 8 mile trail. The climbs are steeper than in Texas so be kinda in shape before you do this. Then after that we have to pack up and continue our trip but this was a good over night stay for us.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Family maintained and operated. Casual and laid back atmosphere. Very pleasant. Pads are level. Cable TV is good. Easy in/out. Showers and bath areas are kept clean. Not fancy but nice and comfortable. Close to Bonita Lake for hiking into the woods or strolling around the large lake area.
We felt welcome. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Friendly staff, cement pads with lighted electric boxes, and clean bathhouse. Only negative. Noise from the highway but not that bad.

Stayed for 2 nights and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Nice concrete pads, some are cracked but ours was fone. Noise from i20 didnt bother us. Laundry facilities were good and nice private showers. Office personnel was very helpful.

Nice level concrete pads and not too close together. Highway noise! A lot of cats roaming the park. I counted 8 cats while checking in! Most were bigger than my chihuahuas!

Stopped for a quick overnight. Nice level concrete pads with full hookups. Nice pool to cool off. Easy pull thru for the night. Very friendly office staff. Escapees discount was given at 15 percent.

.. decent . . Good overnighter. Close to shopping. Small pond in the middle. Some of the spots are a bit close . . Sections are tiered . . I stayed in the top section which was empty . . The way i like it.

Once you turn off 19, there is a short steep-ish hill to get into the park. We held our breath waiting to hear something drag but fortunately nothing did. The check-in was friendly even including a cat on the counter that decided to plant herself right in front of my face. And she wasn t the only cat there were quite a few wandering around the park good mice catchers! This is mostly a long-term park but the sites appeared neat and clean. The overnight area is basically a gravel parking lot. You pick whichever one you want. The sites are pull through with a concrete pad that was long enough for the MH but not the tow. There is not much space between sites just a bit of gravel. Some sites get afternoon shade but all sites in the open. They filled up as the evening wore on. WII FI pretty darn decent. The access point disappeared for a hot minute but then returned. Directv worked fine, and Verizon was 4g 2 bars. The biggest ding is the road noise from 19. Even though there are some trees between the parking area and the road it did nothing to buffer the noise.

Nice little Park. Some Highway noise not bad. Large level pads. Pull throughs are straight on instead of angled so a little tough if you a big rig, but doable. Has a small dog park area. Would stay again.

Great level sites. Pay for site and no hassle. Owner reported that she had canceled cable but at this price and a level site there isn t much more you could ask for.

We were so surprised with how easy it was to check-in without a reservation. They had a ton of spots open since it s slow season (mid-May) and the manager let us pick our spot. Very kind staff! There s a pool and fishing pond for the kids to have some fun. It s very clean!

Staff was excellent but park is a giant gravel lot with concrete pads. WiFi was too marginal to stream shows from internet if you can't stream it's not wifi. Lot was dusty, didn't check other facilities.

Good RV park for 1 or 2 night stay. Bulk of park is separate for longer term residents, and is quite extensive. But overnighter have a separate area with concrete pads, pull through and full hook ups. No trees or shade. Some road noise, but inside hardly hear. Would stay again.
