Great place to stay if they have open spots $15 and full hookups. It's full because of the lake usually call head to find out.

I found this campground to be very nice, we stayed in the East camping spots for $15 with just water and electric vs. the west camping spots that are $20 and have a sewer hook up, also the bathrooms and showers are built on the west spots but it's just a short walk if it's an issue for you... You get road noise from the freeway that's about a mile away but it didn't bother me. West RV parking was definitely more popular than the east parking, I put my airstream in the East lots and it was like I had the whole camp to myself, loved it.

Very nice Campground can't beat it for $20 for full hookups just a little Highway noise from I-40 at mile away but I don't hear it in the motorhome didn't use the showers but they look nice from outside plenty of room for big rigs as well I'll definitely stay again when in this area

Nice place to stop for a few days. It's kind of hard to find but my GPS took us there. We did think we were lost though. Nice, level large sites that are close to Lake El Reno. Bathhouses were close by and showers were okay but could use some cleaning. Pay is on the honor system with boxes at each camping area. There are 2 different ones. Ours had full hooks ups. This would be the West section of the campground. The East section is water and electric only. It's not far from town and not far from things along route 66. Check out Fort El Reno while in the area. We rushed through there because storms were coming in and it was closing up but a great historical site to visit.

This is a nice little park just a couple of miles north of I-40, but signage could be better. From I-40, take Exit 123 (Country Club) and go north. Take a left on Elm (2nd traffic light). Just past the El Reno water tower, turn left. Sign for the RV PARK is VERY small and the road isn't very visible until you get to it. But straight ahead is the lake and the more prominent road to the right winds throucgh the golf course.
The road to the park winds around lake about 1/2 mile. The East section is first and has water and 30 amp elec but no sewer. The West section is next with full hookups. We were the only ones in the East. Most sites in this section are pull-through. 40' MH pulling a Trail Blazer fit without unhooking.
First come, first served, 7-day limit. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Municipal Campground

The have two sections. We stayed in the one with electric and water only for $15 a night, and we had a great site facing the lake. They also have another section with full hook-ups for $20 per night. The bathrooms and showers are located at the area with full hook-ups and it was about a block away from us. It is a beautiful setting and very quiet. You cannot beat it for the price. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, we liked it so much we decided to stay for an extra day and enjoy the park.

Nice Campground

Basic campground on a lake with water / electric and water/electric/sewer spaces. Lots of area for walking or biking. Some spaces have trees but not all of them. Decent park for a reasonable price. Open areas for easy maneuvering. Would stay again.

El Reno Lake Campground

This was an awesome place for a sleepover! There were several spots still available when we arrived about 8pm. The campgrounds are very clean and comfortable! I felt completely safe as security was visible as soon as we pulled in. The residents were quite after dark so it was easy to sleep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all my family and friends. Beautiful Lake and country club and the neighborhood you drive thru to get in is absolutely top notch! Makes you feel good as soon as you get there!

We stayed at the west park with full hookips we got there late. The electrical boxes are locked now so you have to call after hours number to have officer unlock the box. Was quite, right by lake got to do some fishing and played at park.

Clean, Quiet, Cheap

A trifecta camp ground...well maintained, almost everyone seemed respectful of others (accept a couple of dog owners), the slips aren't too close together, nice scenery...free dump a couple of miles away if you want to park for $15. Full hookup for $20...peaceful, relaxing, nice. Thank you, El Reno City and Park staff!!

Within local recreation area

The campground is integrated in a local recreation area and is divided in an east and a west section.
The eastern section costs $15 per day for up to 4 people. Each additional camper up to a maximum of eight costs $1,50 extra. The campsites are levelled, own a picnic table, have fresh water and electricity.
The western section costs $20 per day for up to 4 poeple. Each additional camper up to a maximum of eight costs $1,50 extra. All campsites have full hookup.
Tents cost $5 per day.
The combined WC and shower house is in the western section. It takes about two minutes to get there from the eastern as well as the tent section. It is not first class but tidy (no tiles, everything is made of concrete).
An office is on site and the people were very friendly.
The nearby lake can be used for fishing, swimming, paddling, ...
The Interstate is close and quite noisy.
Around the lake you will find a golf course, a RC airport and an ATV area.

Beautiful little park you can fish in. Nice playground for kids. Grass, trees, and gravel sites. We leveled out and setup in about 5 min. We will definitely come back. They have a honor system after hours, be sure to honor that if coming in after hours. That's what makes these parks work.

Once we found it, our GPS sent us to the wrong side of the lake, level lot, not crowded, close to the lake. There is a playground before turning into rv sites.
