Cancellation policy

They charged me $10 to cancel my reservation. That is after they promised me a confirmation email which they never sent that might have outlined the unexpected fee.

This spot is my favorite on the island. Close to everything and clean and friendly. Spots range in all sizes to accommodate any RV and plenty of parking if needed. Great ocean views and the staff is great also. I would consider staying here long term as this place is perfect.

Waterfront views
By user-5992638... on 2017-10-23.
Great place - definitely splurge for the waterfront spots - the front of your coach will be just feet from the water with amazing views across the bay. We have seen numerous water birds, great blue herons, and otters so far. Staff is super friendly. Internet is on par for most rv parks - slow but decent connection. The 3 or so mile trail to Anacortes follows the bay and is paved and flat - perfect for even kids to bicycle or a nice long walk for lunch. No services in immediate proximity to the park but the camp store has essentials like prepared foods, smores fixings, and personal care items.
When coming make sure you take the first (south) exit for Fidalgo Bay Road because the second exit requires a very sharp turn which we couldn't navigate in our 34 foot coach so we had to go out of the way to turn around.

We stayed here one night ,before catching the ferry to Victoria B.C. , wish we could have stayed longer. :-) there were lots of "older folks" but that's okay..;-) there is a nice game room and TV / reading area with books to swap. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice park on the water. Starts with a place to park while registering. Facilities clean and well maintained with some extras. Next to a paved bike trail that goes all the way to Anacortes. Good location with lots to see in the area. Spaces a bit tight but pretty level. The WiFi didn't do well while we were there. Would stay there again.

First time here. Cheaper than some and have great monthly rates, if you call soon enough. Great spot on the water. Nice biking/walking path along the water. Fast WiFi. Quiet, yet friendly.

Second time staying at this RV park and it was great, again. Easy online reservation with great folks at the office. Wonderful trail to walk the dog which goes all the way into town. Restrooms very clean. Folks you meet in the park are very nice.

On the beach
By user-4505701... on 2019-08-09.
This is a lovely park with well laid out sites and landscaping. They lose one star for the sketchy wi-fi. I recommend coming in from the north rather than following Google maps; the road is pretty rough.

VERY TIGHT AND SHORT SITES, OFF TERRIBLE ROAD

If you travel with a small RV like a trailer, you may find this place to be great. If you have a class A motorhome towing a car, you will find a few problems with this place.
1. The sites are narrow and short. We have a class A motorhome under 35 feet in length. When we arrived, an Airstream trailer was backed close into the left side of our site, so to avoid trees and have room to extend our slideouts, we had to park backed in with the wheels on the right side about 18 inches onto the grass. We were not supposed to park on the grass but everyone did because it is so crowded.
2. We had to park our toad with wheels on the grass in front of our motohome because the sites are so narrow. A Jeep Cherokee front-to-back cannot fit onto the gravel width of the site.
3. Fidalgo Bay Road on which the park is located is a very narrow one-way road in terrible condition. You will abuse your rig driving on it. It is also a place GPS systems have trouble locating. Our Garmin RV system gave us three different paths at once. The correct one is the first one in the right on Rt 20 SPUR, but once you go there, the joy ride begins.
4. Getting out of this place is continuing the one-way road down a very narrow path, winding through an industrial area of Anacortes until you are eventually routed back to Rt 20. Not an easy on-and-off stop along your route.
5. There is a separate parking area for tow vehicles that cannot fit onto your site. The man with the Airstream had his truck parked there since he could not fit it in front of his trailer, even though he parked it so far back that it intruded into our site.
6. There does not appear to be any pull-thru sites.
7. No cable or other amenities.
