| Hidden gem
My family and I were looking for a place close to Woodbine race track were my wife was doing a 5K run. Wow, what a hidden gem. Positive Big irregular size lots, newer playground for the kids, nice pool and fishing pond. Negative Make sure you dig out your extensions. Centre fed hydro and water, so unless you want to be parked on your neighbor in a double lot. No fire pit ring on our site, some on others.

Nice, big spaces, although service poles difficult to reach. May take some maneuvering to get parked "just right". Cost is reasonable and location is great for trips into Toronto. Negative is wifi, nonexistent unless you're close to the main buildings.
| Not Impressed
The wifi at this park is terrible. Had to rely on data the entire time. Noise from trains, planes and automobiles was really loud. We could see the train, from our spot. The airport was nearby and, a few nights, we were under the flight path. The road is very busy. We would not stay in this park again
