| A great campground

If we are in Dayton again this will be our first choice.

| Overpriced KOA

Now a KOA. Spaces are not level. For the price we should've had full hookups and level parking space. We were looking for a safe and quiet space with electricity for one night on the road. All the way across the country we've averaged $25 a night with full hookups, wifi and level pull throughs. This was $50, electric, water & wifi.

Every staff member here is excited to have joined the KOA family. We had a very pleasant check in experience. The campground is clean. The bathhouse is nice. They will deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. There had been a lot of rain lately so there is a lot of mud around. Our site was a nice back in site. It was tight to back in. There was a nice gravel pad outside our door with a log swing.

No electric plugins at the sinks. Not ADA compliant. Lots of trees. Good overnight for the Cinci area.

One of the better places we've stayed since we began full timing a year ago. Better than average roads for gravel. Site was level with convenient concrete pad. Utility hookups well situated on the site. The large pull through sites for transients are wee removed from the weekender sites and there seems to be very few seasonals. Very good location close to town and not too terribly far from interstates. Garbage cans conveniently located throughout park to avoid the nasty green steel dumpsters but they need to be a little more diligent with emptying.

Nicely laid out with lots of shade trees. An older CG in every respect. No electric plugs by the sinks and not AD compliant. A good overnight spot near Cinci that's about it.

This place has pretty much everything. The checking in area is a little tight, but this way only one coach can go in at a time. Ours is only 25 feet, but I think the larger coaches may just stay in the main road rather than going by the front of the office. Beautiful grounds with a ton of games and activities for the kids and adults. Special fended off area for pets is on site. The only slight complaint we would have that our site (78) was not quite level and we only have stabilizers, not levelers on our coach, but it was not bad. Beautiful trees everywhere.

Very nice campground for an overnight to couple day stay. Sites are level and easy to access. Great amenities

| Tight Spaces

You have to unhook your towed vehicle to get around the office. Our pull through site was not very level and took some work to get almost level. Lots of trees with shade. WiFi is ok. Cable TV is very good. Pool and play ground for kids. We did not use facilities. We stayed here because it was convenient to family. Would look for other options next time. We stayed in 40 ft class A.
