Overall, nice but some flaws
By user-5215803... on 2017-10-23.
Campground A does have more traffic noise, but Campground B has only 30 amp so if you want 50 amp, get a spot in section A. Campground B overlooks the Red River with mostly a clear view for satellite. In A, you'll only get good satellite from sites A-1, 2, 3, 4... maybe 5. Sites 2 and 3 share a tree towards the front of the sites with low enough branches that are a problem if your rig is taller than 11 feet. The asphalt in the A sites is in poor condition. Other than these minor issues it's a nice park.

Fargo, Lindenwood park
By user-5877816... on 2017-10-23.
Nice well kept park. Has bike and walking trails. ADA Playgrounds, bike rentals, on the Red River. I saw a spot where you can launch canoes or kayaks.
47 sites with electric & water. Lots of space for tents.
There are showers & Rest rooms.
Lots of highway noise in campground A. B & C would be quieter.

“A” section not so great
By user-5807965... on 2018-07-06.
Only 50 amp hookups are in section A. While the rest of the park and campsites in “B” are nice, “A” is sorely lacking. Sites are tight, eating areas have poor grass and are small. This section looks unkempt compared to the rest of the park. Think it’s a little overpriced at $35/night

Nice little park, right in the city!
By user-4673276... on 2019-08-09.
We stayed 1 night. We were a little worried when GPS took us into a residential neighborhood. Nice surprise to find a beautiful park with RV spots! Low price, very small spots, we stayed in B, right by the river. It was a quiet nice break from driving. They had a great playground for the kids!

Stayed 2019-05-23 to 2019-05-25
Stayed two nights in upper part while lower part in flooded by river. Staff won't return phone calls quickly when out of season. Once open they are on it. Would stay again.

I Loved Staying Here!
By user-6250696... on 2019-08-09.
Stayed 2019-06-26 to 2019-06-27
Had planned to stay at a different RV park but could not make it before dark. Stopped here instead. Like most city or county parks, you must leave a voicemail message and wait for a call back. I was very lucky a space was available with electric and water. There is a clean dump area for those with partial hookups, although most sites have their own dump hookup. The lower level had not been cleaned up after the flooding, but I was able to walk along the Red River, take photos, and generally lose myself in nature. For those with children, there is a very nice playground.

Beautiful but risky

Stayed right in the river. Beautiful park with lots to do. Only problem was a) no sewer hookups and b) flooding! Worth the risk though.
