| Best park in the valley

By user-6204622... on 2017-10-23.

We stayed here for the winter. The park is great. Big pull thru. Great actives in the park. But the weather was not that good a lot of rain and cold in 2015.

This park is so big you need to have a golf cart to get around. Love it so far.

We are staying in the North (newer) section of the park. Sites are concrete pads with FHU. Pads are long and more than wide enough to have room for the biggest RV and enough room to spare for a nice patio. There are three sections to this park with some being bigger than others and pricing to match. If anyone is bored in this park there is something wrong. They have all kinds of activities and events for everyone. The park is close to many restaurants, stores, health facilities, and just over the border from Mexico. The wifi & cable is the best and they have a beautiful dog park for you animal lovers. We will be coming back.

About

Llano Grande Resort in Queen City, is our little spot of paradise surrounded by citrus groves and palm trees in a relaxing tropical setting. Our park is situated on 81 beautifully-landscaped acres and offers lots for mobile homes, park models and RV sites, as well as long-term accommodations for permanent and seasonal residents. On-site amenities help create a strong sense of community in our park. Enjoy our professional tennis courts, heated swimming pools, shuffleboard courts and excellent state-of-the-art Exercise Room. Spend the day golfing at our own championship 18-hole course. Meet friends at our regular potluck dinners, Bingo games, dances and craft classes. Nearby are the shops, restaurants and exotic atmosphere of Old Mexico. Less than an hour's drive you'll find the famous beaches of the incredible South Padre Island. Enjoy many water-based activities such as shrimping, surfing and deep sea fishing in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We're a world away from the cares of city life, yet freeway-close to all that makes Southern Texas the destination of choice for many travelers.
