Drive on
By user-5790232... on 2017-10-23.
We stayed one night. Came in late in the dark or would have drove on. Called the owner first to see if site was available. She quoted a price a couple dollars more than listed on the website and when I bought this to her attention, she told me that I could find some place else if I didn't want to pay it. Pool is an empty mess. Restroom was nasty. Drive on to the KOA unless you just need a place for the night and are not picky.

Office was a pack rats heaven!! Gross! Sites were littered with garbage! Electric hookup was in of major repair! Had to use a screw driver to hold the panel in order to plug in cord! No idea what the bathrooms looked like, as we are a self contained unit. Glad we were only passing through Kansas and only spent one night!

Don't, just dont
By user-5230552... on 2017-10-23.
The owner is a pack rat and has stuff EVERYWHERE in the office. It advertises a pool but when you get there it closed. When questioned about it she said " we closed it when the feds said we had to put in a handicap lift." They allow their dog to go to the bathroom wherever and doesn't clean it up. We had to clean up at our site. My husband didn't want to complain anymore after I had already demanded a refund for the false advertising of amenities. Keep driving and sleep at the Walmart instead.

This park could use a huge update. The woman in office was very nice and we had a nice place to park. Better than Wal Mart for a night. Pool not open or even has water. But for one night it was good. No noise from hwy. or truck stop. We had fan on so we don't hear a lot. Not worst RV park we have seen. Far from best.

Yes the owner is a pack rat with that said she is also a very nice person. The park needs some TLC like removing junk from around a small trailer in one of the first sites u see as u come into the park, that really needs to be cleaned up. I asked for a shaded site and got it, wi-fi and cable were both very good. We stayed for only one night, pool is closed. I didn't check out the bathrooms. $30 cash or 33 cc.

Only in a pinch

Lots of permanent residents and clearly none have been required to keep a "nice" looking exterior. Easy access to interstate and level but definitely not someplace you want to spend any time.

Matter of opinion

If you are a real persnickety person and have to have a resort to stay at then pass on by. We found this a good place to stay for two nights. 50 amp full hookups with good WiFi some shade, quiet, (west side but close proximity to office), wonderful sweet host who is a widow. Some volunteers should come help her out. Since reviews are a matter of opinions we would stay here again. The sites are far enough apart cement slabs for rv to park on and pull thru s. The office looks like an estate sale but considering her circumstances she knows where everything is. Again could use help to organize. All in all we were ok with this campground.

Rip off

Big rip off. Can t believe they have nerve to charge $40. Should be closed down by the Dept of Health, my husband said he wouldn t let our dogs use the men s room.

Needs help!
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
Like all the other comments this place is ok for an overnight stop but no more. Many sites have concrete pads but they are too short for most modern rigs-jacks on (at least) one end will be off the pad. That said, it was dead level. The office is a festival of junk - I dont recommend touching ANYTHING. Lots of cleanup and repairs needed everywhere.

Basic campground. I would definitely stay here again.
