Loved staying here! Was so beautiful and the weather was wonderful and cool after being in the hot desert!

This was on the side of town. There was a lot of railway noise. The staff was very nice in the office. The spots were gravel. There was no grass. It was very convenient to the whole area. The spaces were very plain, but long enough for the tow, and a big rig. We did not use any of the other facilities at the campground. I would stay here again.

Gravel spots. Clean restrooms. Free continental breakfast.

We arrived about 3 PM. Rhonda checked us in without any problems. Got set up and went to the hot tubs to alleviate the road aches. Two hot tubs and a sauna. Very relaxing. The cable was great and the WiFi was good. If there was a negative, it would be the train whistle at 11:00 PM. I guess it’s not named rail side for nothing. Would definitely stay here again.

From the phone call for information and reservation to check in and the overall appearance, this park made us feel welcomed. There breakfast buffet that is included is as nice as any motel. Would recommend to those who are coming to the Grand Canyon or looking to stay in the Williams, AZ area.

We stayed here 4 nights. The owner (Tamara) was extremely helpful and cordial. She provided us (everyone) with printed information on 3 days worth of sight seeing (not all Grand Canyon). Here's what you get: Excellent Wi-fi. Continental breakfast - yay! as I don't travel with a waffle iron! Courtesy shuttle service to the train, restaurants, grocery store. Courtesy dog walking if you leave your critters behind when you sightsee. 24-hour laundry. Hot tubs and saunas. Nice large level sites. Convenient to many places. Will definitely stay here again. Feel I should say more but you can see their reviews are all wonderful - no exaggeration!

The best people make a great visit. Free shuttle service to Williams, and the Grand Canyon RR. Best breakfast you will find on the road. Don't miss this place

We loved our site right next to the playground for our kids. Host was wonderful, campground is quiet and very well maintained. They obviously take pride in the place. Hot tubs are almost done, they lit a fire in the restaurant pit which would have been fun but kids were beat. We were worried about noise from train and bonfire but nothing disturbed us after 8pm. Sad we're only here one night...We will be back!

This is a real great stay! Staff is very fiendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle into town and even breakfast is included. And Williams town is fun.

Very nice park close to the Grand Canyon. The train to the Grand Canyon makes a visit twice daily and you can wave at the people on the train. After the last one there is no more train noise. The bath house and restrooms were clean. They had breakfast every morning we were there. Belgium waffles were great. Gravel sites but level. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Great place to stay the owners very friendly and had a lot of fun with them as soon as we got there and they were very helpful with sites to see and setting up tours. Everything was very clean and kept up with. If we wereto ever return we will go back and stay again and recommend Railside Rv to everyone else. But be careful if its a full moon they sacrifice people we were lucky enough to be there for the blood moon. :)

This is a very interesting park with a lot of potential! The facility is nice but the people are wonderful and constantly trying to improve their park!

Large sites, nice showers with dressing area. There's a little store in the office area and they offer a great continental breakfast: fresh waffles, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, cereal. Nice friendly people. WiFi not dependable. A higher rate but worth it. Convenient to Williams. Have an Airstream. Would stay there again.

We stopped after hours with no reservations and Michael the host was amazing for our entire stay. Made us waffles in the morning and we genuinely enjoyed his company . The owners have done a tremendous job in thinking of everything you might need, and the property was beautifully cared for.

This is a great stop for visiting the Grand Canyon. Williams AZ was the last Route 66 town bypassed by I-40. The campground is popular probably because of its location and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

We called from about two hours out and the park office was closing. Regardless, Tamara (Owner) told us to come and that she would check us in after hours. No sweat! She was accommodating and provided a welcome package and took our payment the next morning. We will definitely stay here again. Clean restrooms and a nice waffle breakfast.

We had a great time. The camp host was very help full with a great since of humor. Many unadvertised pluses. Easy to find and park, we stayed 2 nights in our 5th wheel.

Owners were wonderful to work with, even with our later check in time. Some of the cleanest nicest facilities we've encounter in our 35 yrs of camping. They are stilling adding to the great amenities, makes us want to plan another trip west even though we live on the east coast!

Friendliest staff and owners. Free breakfast, shuttles, nightly campfire, they made all the arrangements for our train trip to the Grand Canyon and even walked our dog for free while we were away! Williams is a lovely little town, we spent 3 nights here in our 36' 5er and will definitely come back!
By user-4572005... on 2017-10-23.
This park has all the perks, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also offer breakfast of waffles and boiled eggs for free. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This park site was by far the nicest we have camped at. They have big drive thru, their bathrooms are very nice and clean, and continental breakfast. The will also shuttle you into Williams if you want to go out for dinner. We stayed two night and would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Very friendly hosts. Super clean bathrooms and showers. Great for dogs with a pet grooming shack that has a professional dog washing sink and dryer! Free Continental Breakfast in the AM - eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee. Would absolutely stay again.

Great little park, level pull thru sites. Clean & quite area except for the Grand Canyon railway which only comes by during the day. Would stay again when in the area.

I can not speak highly enough about this campground! We wanted to take the railroad up to the Grand Canyon, and the RV Park at the railroad was full. This park was only a mile away. They accommodated our 40 ft motorhome with a car towed behind no problem. Easy access in and out. Breakfast included was a fantastic extra perk. They offer their own shuttle service to and from the railroad. They have 2 hot tubs and a sauna, a playground and basketball hoop, and a game room. THE BATHROOMS/SHOWERS WERE IMMACULATE!! So happy we made this our stop for 2 nights. Would definitely stay again!!

Big sites that were level. Bath house was clean with handicap stall and handheld shower. Staff was excellent. 38 ft bus.

This is the place for you. Weather was beautiful but we could not open our windows due to heavy smoking neighbor, less than 2 feet from my windows. Dump truck traffic right outside our door started at 7am every morning. Highway overpass traffic at night was loud and train runs and whistles several times a night. No views, no space between RV's. There are better options in Williams for the price.

Stayed here last year and was very pleased with the park. Still has a lot of good features. Yes you are very close to your neighbor and it seems as though they have a lot more long termers. We had problems with our cable, reported to the office and they said they would have someone come out and take care of it, no one ever showed up. Couldn t get a good signal with our satellite. They have a nice continental breakfast. Spas are nice but needs cleaning. Office staff is great. Would consider staying here again.

The best RV park I've been to on this trip. Clean, well maintained. Friendly folks, lots of games etc. for kids. Continental breakfast, just a great place! I'll be back!

Overnight stay on the way to Las Vegas. Nice level gravel site. Kinda close to neighbors, but no one was on either side of us. They have a spa, and offer a breakfast every morning. Close to rail depot, but I didn t hear any trains overnight. I understand they gave a shuttle to take you to the train depot for the train to Grand Canyon. I would stay again.

Stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon and route 66. Nice level pull through site's. Offered free breakfast, could purchase tickets for train to the Grand Canyon. Right beside tracks but didn't seem to bother us. $45 a night.

We had a very nice 2 night stay. As mentioned in other reviews the staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and the sites are level. There is a hot tub (in season) that we would have liked to try. There is free WiFi, There is a free breakfast in the Rec Center, We will stay here again.

This was our first experience RV'ing ever! We did no research and made no plans so I feel we really lucked out finding this place. However, I did call a few places in Flagstaff and Willams before circling back to the Railside RV Ranch so it wasn't a total shot in the dark! The staff was friendly and courteous as determined through our phone conversations. What I appreciated the most was the shuttle service to town at no extra charge (driver works for tips!) The last thing I wanted to do was drive our motor home on small one way streets searching for a parking space just to grab a quick bite to eat! We also booked the train to The Grand Canyon and got a lift to the station and back - driver knows the train schedule and will pick you up on time. The continental breakfast is also very good and greasy waffles are made for you! Great place for kids with a small playground and plenty of room to get the wiggles out. We didn't need to drain our tanks or anything so I couldn't speak to those kinds of amenities. We pulled in late, spent the next day at the canyon and left early the next day. If we ever do this trip again, I'd plan on staying here!
