This park is very close to entrance to Bryce Canyon and shuttle stop is in front of park. Our spot is in back 40, gravel but flat. Cable TV is excellent. WiFi is mostly very spotty and close to useless. Restrooms are sparce for size of park.

Very nice campground, but a bit spendy at $50 a night. However it is super convenient if you are traveling to Bryce Canyon National Park and want a full service campground. The staff was very friendly. The facilities were very nice - mint condition showers, ice for sale, small convenience store. We stayed in #98 and it was perfect for our 34 foot 5th wheel. Close to the showers and it was shaded. The kids had a blast playing in the dirt and trees.

The site was nice. I thought the staff was very friendly. Called up a little crazy cause I wasn't sure I went the correct way. Staffer directed right to the campgrounds. Decided to stay an extra night, the park was filled so they put us up with the employees sites. Full hookup and beautiful mountain view. And there were two RVs to accommodate. Negatives were the train that takes you to all Rubys properties was not running and the Rodeo was cancelled due to lack of anyone to ride the Bulls. Was told it's a common occurrence.

Lots of level gravel, big lots, good utility hookups. Bathrooms and showers are very far away. Most expensive rv park for us. Not worth the $ due to distance of RR and showers. Rudy's empire seems very commercial.

We were in the back lot. It rained. Dirt everywhere, you know that red stuff that never comes out. Facilities are about a half mile from the back lots. The back lots are spacious, but unless you have a bunch of kids or a couple ATVs, I would look elsewhere

Bryce Canyon is my favorite National Park...and this is the closest (and busiest) campground near the National Park. Would advise calling ahead for reservations if you want to stay here. We stayed in the off-season (end of September) and had no problem getting a space. Full hook-up sites are plentiful, however the only sites with cable are in the new expanded area (sites 200 and up)...this is like a large parking lot with decomposed granite, no trees and no bathroom or laundry facilities in that area. All their other sites are in the trees. We took a site without cable so we could be little more secluded. WIFI is free but spotty in our site. Pet friendly. There is an RV mechanic & RV wash 1/4 mile away...as well as Ruby's Inn restaurants, souvenier shops and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again...but would avoid the sites in the 200 and up area. They initially overcharged me and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful in changing my site and giving me a refund for the overcharge.

The three most important rules of RV parks are location, location and location. Ruby's RV Park is the closest RV park outside of Bryce Canyon NP. That summarizes all the good things I can say about this park. It is expensive. Very expensive. Twice what we payed at any other park on our trip. BTW you don't get anything special for that extra money. The site we are on is not level. Most sites seem to not be level. Stay away from any site numbered 200 or higher. You will be camping in a dust bowl. The dust bowl does appear to be fairly level. Be aware that Bryce Canyon City is a company town and the name of the company that runs this town is Ruby's Resort. That seems to include everything within the "city" limits. The primary goal is to transfer money from your wallet to their cash register. The park was over half empty when we stayed and they still crammed us into a site between two other rigs. I can touch my rig and their slider at the same time. Wifi connection was limited at best. Good luck.

All perfect including facility and location. Only thing to update is the WiFi not really operational. Recommended if you are planning to stay in Bryce.

We stayed here for one night. Expensive but close to the Bryce Canyon National Park and has its own shuttle stop. Very nice fire ring and metal picnic tables at every spot. Lots of spaces at this campground and even some teepees. Very Nice laundry and shower facilities - some of the best we've seen. Only complaint was that our spot had the sewer connection up at the front of the site - much too far to reach in a back in space. Very weird and we saw a few like ours around us. Paid $56 for one night.

Most expensive stay on our trip 48$ a nite. Facility was nice and clean and employees were very friendly. Most sites were not level but were spacious with trees. I would suggest staying further out, driving in and using park shuttle service. There is a huge parking lot to park your rig and take the shuttle into the park. Stock up on groceries as prices are highway robbery. Pool was packed with kids so did not use. Laundry area clean. They advertise AAA approved but do not give any AAA discounts.

This park is nice and is nicely kept. The negatives are the large crowds and an unfriendly staff. Prices are high for what you get but you're paying for the location and amenities. Probably the best park in or around Bryce Canyon. Sites are large and big rig friendly.
By user-6248847... on 2017-10-23.
Proximity to Bryce Canyon NP shuttle system is the best thing about this place. Ok the hookups are functional. Over half the sites are not even close to level. The shower areas were clean and well maintained. The WiFi is horrible and they are aware of it. Pool and spa areas are nice but need a good scrubbing. I expected better quality for the price. If you have a toad I would stay further out and save some cash.

Park has any size site you want. I had a gravel Pull-thru (208) for my 42' 5th wheel, FHU with picnic table, fire ring and great wi-fi, enough room on either side to put two more RV's in. Some areas of the park are shaded and their are open areas for RV's with dish tv. Some sites are all gravel and some have nice lawns. Laundry and bathrooms are clean. They have a shuttle bus to take you around the park and to the Bryce Shuttle bus. Highly recommend this place.

The shaded sites are nice and roomy however the staff are not very friendly, or accommodating in fixing reservation they flubbed. We booked a specific site 4 months ago for a 10 night stay - had the reservation number, deposit and person we spoke to. Turns out they gave it away as part of a large group and rebooked into a smaller space that would not fit our RV. Their initial solution was to have us relocate three times! This was unacceptable - the first clerks response was "well, you can always go somewhere else". Now that's great customer service right there. In speaking with others they finally located one location for two nights and a second for the rest of the stay. We would give the park 3.5 stars, staff 1 star.

It is the most expensive park in my trip. They ask 58$ for night and gave us tilt parking. The only benefit of this place is that is close to the canon. If you come on the morning spend there all the day you can just drive down 20 or 30 miles you can find chipper and better place to be and even warmer location.

We got talked into parking at the Overflow instead of the regular RV park. It was a huge mistake. We have a really nice view of the guest workers Cottages with the laundry hanging out on the porches and the sky track and old heavy equipment parked down at the end of the road. Out the back we have a very nice view of the dumpsters and the power plant. It rained for about a half an hour so now our site is muddy and the site next to us is so muddy the guy that pulled in that they sent to park next to us , left. There was no way he was going to pull his rig into that mud hole and have to put on rubber boots in order to hook up to the Sewer. It's a new site it's not well graded and it's not worth the price. If you can get it for 10 bucks a night it's worth it otherwise it's a rip-off.

Stayed here in a trailer. We made reservations ahead of time for end of Aug. Our small trailer put us in with small Motor homes mostly rented. Site was nice and roomy. We did the dinner concert across the street one night - fun and good food. Nice that the trolley stops here, but we drove into park for our hikes.

ONLY RV Site on top of a lake of water left over from either the previous guests or rains. Clay Ruts and Deep Groves make this site unlevel for us 25 footers, and the end of the loop means it is hard to adjust your RV position other than straight ahead and in the middle of the puddle of muck. Try getting your gear out and setting up with 3 inches of mud and muck over the entire site...while all other sites are high and dry. Our entire RV site was under water and there was zero rain for the 4 days we soaked there. Maintenance: PLEASE add a half ton of stones to level this site out or take it offline.

Reserved site in January for early June stay. Spoke to a representative who assigned site # 207 to accommodate my 25 motor home and small towed car. Arrived before 3pm and was assigned another site. On the map it looked much shorter but I was told it was at least 40 long. Got to the site which appeared to be one of the shortest & narrowest site in the campground. Went back to office to request change. Staff said all they had available was in the overflow area behind a motel. All other sites were reserved. What about my reservation. BTW site 207 was already occupied. Finally a manager found a site right behind office that fit our RV. Used laundromat. One washer out of order, another stole money and was then marked OOO. A 3rd machine never spun so clothes were soaked. Not a good start to stay. Convenient to free park shuttle.

We were underwhelmed by the area in general. One day is all you really need. Feels kind of like a tourist trap. The site was large and level, no issues with hook up or check in. But with so many other beautiful options in the area don't spend a lot of time here if you are in a hurry.

This place was great. Very close to the Park! Little touristy but they have it all. Sleep late and go to the Park late and you ll have it to yourself. Laundry showers all clean. Nice folks working their. Bring your toys (Razors and Enduros) there seems to be a lot of trails. Ruby s has everything you need or want to do. Little pricey though...

Nice staff, did not use any facilities, great location....but...the full service sites, # 167 to be exact, were right on top of each other. While we were eating breakfast the guy next store came out to dump his waste..3 FEET AWAY. And that was after we had already moved the table once. All right across from the bathrooms and trash dumpsters...bad site

They could only find us room in the over flow, behind the motel. But they still charged us through the nose. Glad to leave.
