One of our favorite places to camp. Lots of fun.

This is our favorite getaway! Lots of stuff to do for the whole family.

Lots of campgrounds have activities for kids (and this place does that well), this campgrounds has activities for grown up kids too. Plenty of fun but it doesn't get out of hand and quiet hours are enforced. Live band every Saturday night from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. What's not to like?

Welcome to one of Northern Illinois's finest campgrounds. Established in 1955, Timber Lae Resort is a 159 acre resort and campground. Our campground offers a perfect blend of activities, amenities and scenic settings served with an extraordinary spirt of hospitality.
