Stayed her for a weekend in June. Campground was clean, friendly staff and family friendly. Our dog loved the dog park. Couldn't believe how quiet it was. Only 20 minutes from Portsmouth and the beaches. We will stay here again.
We were recently in the area and wanted to check out several campgrounds for a return trip with RV. The entrance is a bit hidden on the road and almost went past it. Guess with a RV in tow might not be going that fast but beware does jump up on you. Walked into the office as was warmly greeted by owners staff. We ask for a map and if we could see the place as we were from out of the area but wanted to return. They offered up a guest pass and nice map and answered our questions as well. The camping area is a good ways off the road and in a very quite and shady area. There are a lot of seasonal owners and locals that were on site as it was a holiday day weekend and weather was nice. There is a nice country store with games, wifi, and stuff to do to include a putt putt course, swings and volleyball courts. the bath houses we looked in were nice and again we see the coin meter for water.. .25 cents for 6-7 mins of water.. this is a nice place to come and stay for a bit. spaces are large with full hookup more or less. hope to return and stay myself.
Very nice campground with helpful staff. Large shaded sites. Very quiet. Clean bathroom and shower. Great camping place!
