If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

Deposits & Fees
Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum stay, with 3 night non-refundable deposit.
Special Events require a 2-night minimum stay, with 2 night non-refundable deposit.
A one-night deposit is required for all other reservations.
Deposits and fees subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
Call or email the office to request your cancellation.
No shows and cancellations of less than 48 hours will require a charge for one night.
Group cancellations of less than 14 days will require a charge for one night.
Non-refundable deposits are forfeited for Holiday and Special Event cancellations.
A $15 fee is required for all other cancellations.
Fully Self-Contained Recreation Vehicles Only
It is required that all RV’s be fully self–contained, including vans, tent trailers and truck campers displaying the RVIA Certification Seal only.
Rv’s must be in good operating condition and appearance.
RV’s manufactured 15 or more years ago must contact the office and submit pictures for management approval prior to making a reservation.
Tents are not allowed at any site.
Pets
$3 fee per pet, per reservation.
Aggressive pets will be asked to be removed from the park immediately.
Dogs & cats must be on a leash at all times. Be courteous, pick up your pets‘ waste.
Boats
Boats/trailers require advanced approval at the time of booking. Limited space and availability.
Additional persons, vehicles and visitors are subject to daily use fees.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in starts at 1:30 p.m
Arrivals after 9 p.m. must be pre–arranged with the office.
Check-out is 11:30 am.
Visitors
Site use is limited to 6 people including visitors, one RV, and 2 vehicles parked within the site.
Additional persons, vehicles, and visitors are subject to daily use fees.
All visitors must check in at the front office.
Visitors’ pets are not allowed.
Sewer Fittings & Spills
Threaded sewer fittings are required.
Report sewer spills immediately.
Do not add water to spills.
A charge may be assessed for sewage spill remediation.
Amenities
We make every effort to ensure park amenities are available to our guests. However, there are no refunds or credits if amenities are not available.
