All our sites cover a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children additional people is an extra charge, there is a maximum of 6 people per site.

No pets are permitted on any cabin or RV rental however pets are permitted on tent and full service sites when you bring your own equipment. We do allow all breeds of dogs. However any dog showing or exhibiting aggressive behavior or has been known to be aggressive are not permitted. It is the pet owners responsibility to decide this prior to arrival any issues with pets whether aggressive or nuisance barking will not be tolerated and guests may be asked to leave.

There is no smoking or pets allowed in our rentals.

During a holiday weekend it is a 3 night minimum and you must pay in full. Call for shorter stays and possible availability.

A Site is guaranteed however a particular site requests can not be promised or guaranteed however we will do our best to satisfy all requests.

No golf carts permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel less than 10 days before your date of arrival, we can not refund you your money. There is a 10 dollar cancellation fee on every canceled reservation.
