Reservations booked online will be subject to a $5.00 booking fee. Linens and towels can be provided upon request for an additional fee. All cottages, cabins, and campground facilities are SMOKE FREE.
Pets are welcome in our Pet Friendly Cottages only. When outside, pets must be kept on leash.
Canceling a RVsite/Tent Site at any time at least 7 days prior to your arrival time will result in a $25 fee. Canceling 7 days or less prior to your arrival time will result in forfeiting your entire deposit amount.
Canceling a Cabin/Cottage at any time at least 21 days prior to your arrival time will result in a $25 fee. Canceling anytime 7- 21 days prior to your arrival time will result in a $100 fee. Canceling 7 days or less prior to your arrival time will result in forfeiting your entire deposit amount.
Cancellation fee’s will be applied to each reservation that is canceled.
Weather related cancellations or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
Three-night minimum stay for any reservation made for holiday weekends.
Two-night minimum stay for reservations made for Thursday, Friday, or Satur day nights.
