Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.

Party
Key Largo Kampground And Marina
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

Policies
The Holiday weekends have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM RESERVATION.
One RV, one vehicle and a boat trailer or two vehicles and no trailer are permitted on RV unit. connect to green marked sewer line only.
No Tents allowed on RV sites.
No GOLF CARTS allowed.
No Drones allowed to be flown over the campground. You can fly drones at our North and South beaches over the water.
Tent(s), We allow two tents, or a tent and a sun shelter, plus one car. If they you have one tent, and two cars will fit, that’s fine. Must all fit on your site.
No wood fires allowed anywhere in the park.
All vehicles and boat/ski trailers must fit on your lot or tent site.
No Loud music or loud speakers allowed.
Please respect our Quiet time hours after 10:00 PM. If you are too loud or causing a disturbance after 10:00 PM a security guard will provide you with a warning. Once you have been warned you will be at risk of being escorted out of the resort with no refund.
Cable TV boxes available in the office with a $40 refundable deposit.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED 12.5% STATE SALES TAX.
All rates are based on TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN LESS THAN 6 YEARS OLD. Each additional adult is $4.00+tax extra per person per day, with a maximum of 6 persons. Day Guests are $4.00 per Day. No more than 6 people total per unit-this includes registered campers and their guests (even INCLUDES day guests staying for a brief period of time). MAXIMUM = 6 PERSONS PER RENTAL UNIT.
One night deposit for six days or less and a 20% deposit for stays of a week. Feel free to call us for rentals longer than 30 days.
Cancellations
60 days or more notice = full refund
59-30 days notice = one half (1/2) refund
Less than 30 days notice = no refund
After check-in we have a no refund policy. lease pay only for the time you can stay.
All renters agree to read and comply with all Kampground rules. Violating the rules will cause you to be expelled from the Kampground WITHOUT REFUND.
We are not responsible for inclement weather. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Check In/Out
During office hours: (8:00 AM-5:30 PM)
Please park on the right lane of the gate marked CHECK IN. This will avoid blocking our entrance gate for other guests.
Check in with one of our agents inside the office.
CHECK OUT is at 12:00 PM (Noon). Please visit the office for fees associated with Late check out.
After office hours Check in: (5:30PM-10:00PM)
Please park on the right lane of the gate marked CHECK IN. This will avoid blocking our entrance gate for other guests.

Please bring a copy of your reservation confirmation.
Check in with no reservations, Walk ins (6:30PM-10:00PM)
Must stop with Security guard and pay first night in cash. Office will open at 8:00 AM to finalize your Check in process.
We cannot guarantee availability. We understand you might be driving a long distance but walk-in are not guaranteed.
Must arrive before 10:00 PM to check in.
Pets
Animal size is limited to 40 pounds. Two pet maximum per unit. No aggressive breeds, including pit bull mixes. Pets must be on a leash when off your site.
ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED ON TENT SITES.
Bringing a Boat?
MAXIMUM BOAT SIZE IS 25' X 8.5'.
ANY BOATS, CYCLES, JET SKI, KAYAK/CANOE CARRIERS MUST FIT ON YOUR RENTED UNIT.
DO NOT PARK YOUR BOAT IN A SLIP IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT RESERVED. YOU WILL BE BLOCKING SOMEONE ELSE WHO MAY HAVE ALREADY RENTED THE SLIP FROM PARKING UPON THEIR RETURN.
DO NOT PARK YOUR TRAILER ON THE STREET OR ANOTHER PROPERTY.
TRAILER PARKING ALSO AVAILABLE NEAR SOUTH BEACH ALONG THE MANGROVES.
THERE IS A ONE TIME IMPACT FEE, PER REGISTERED VISIT FOR BRINGING ANY MOTOR POWERED BOAT, JET SKI OR OTHER TYPE OF POWERED WATER VESSEL ONTO THE PROPERTY. The charge is $10 + tax.
We are not responsible for inclement weather. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
