Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of recieving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

TENT SITES: The open field sites (#400s & 800s) fit a maximum of 2 tents and 2 vehicles. The wooded & creekside sites (#500s, 600s, & 700s) are smaller and allow for just 1 tent and 1 vehicle per site. Sites may have a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per site. *Site maximums are based off of a standard-sized 4-man tent. If you are bringing a large tent, please call our office for reservations. Large or multi-roomed tents will not fit on some of our sites.
RV SITES: Please be accurate in reporting your unit length. Our campground is often fully booked which does not allow for the switching of sites. Booking a site that can not accommodate your length will result in a forfeit of site and site deposits will not be refunded. *Sites require an RV/Camper on each site – no stand-alone tent camping on Full Hook-Up sites. One tent is permitted as a second unit on each site. Sites may have a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per site.
CABINS: Our occupancy is set by the State of Ohio and includes all occupants, including infants. The breaking of occupancy rules will result in eviction without refund.CANCELLATION POLICY:
CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 7 days of arrival date, deposit will be refunded minus $10 per site cancellation fee. Less than 7 days, the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations, early departures, and no shows due to weather or any other reason, including medical, will not receive a refund.
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date the deposit will be refunded minus a $30 per cabin cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations, early departures, and no shows due to weather or any other reason, including medical, will not receive a refund.
Due to our intimate size and location any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
CHECK-IN starts at 2pm for RV and Tent Sites and 5pm for Cabin Rentals. Check out is prior to 12 Noon. Violated check out times will result in an additional night's fee charged to the lessee's credit card.
No refunds for no shows or early departures due to weather or any other reason, including medical.
Before entry to the park is permitted, the registered lessee must be present and all site balances must be paid off. All units, including multi-unit reservations, must be paid for in full by the lessee with one payment form at check-in. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Site tags, car passes, and wristbands will not be issued until all site balances are paid in full. Participation Agreement must be signed and wristband worn by all guests for entry into park.
Visitor Passes may be issued to persons visiting a registered camper or cabin renter for $9.00 per day for adults and $5.00 per day for youth (ages 15 and under) & senior citizens. All visitors must sign in at the office to receive passes and wristbands and exit the park by 9:00pm.
Pets are welcome at campsites only (no pets in or around cabins) and are no charge as long as they are kept under control, tied up, cleaned up after & not left unattended. Violations will result in a charge.
Wristbands must be worn at all times.

Upon going through the online booking process, you will receive a preliminary confirmation from Book Your Site. Mohican Adventures will send you an additional email confirmation within 24 hours upon booking once your deposit has fully processed. If your deposit does not go through, Mohican Adventures will attempt to contact you through the phone number provided to us via Book Your Site. Reservations with no deposit will be forfeited until a successful payment is made. Site availability may change during this time period.
