Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of recieving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.

The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, biking, swimming or jumping at the Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions and agrees that the Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable whatsoever for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
Entrance onto the Resort property constitutes permission for the management of Whispering Hills Jellystone Park Camp-Resort to photograph / film the guest & his visitors while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the guest / visitor.
We provide internet at no charge to guests, however the guests are not to stream / download movies or music or play online games. This is not acceptable use of our internet & will cause everyone's internet speed to decrease drastically. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
For the enjoyment of all our guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside ANY BUILDING, CABIN, BREEZEWAY, covered porches, at the pool or at the outdoor theater. Smoking is NOT permitted on any tent site or cabin site. Smoking in our cabins will result in $250 cleaning fee.
No fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind permitted on Resort property.
Quiet hours are enforced each night from 10:00pm to 7:00am. During this time, please keep voices and other noises to a minimum and turn off any amplified sound. Please ensure that noise, human or otherwise, cannot be heard beyond your site boundary. At all times, please be mindful of other guests and refrain from making excessive noise. Any loud noise, which in the opinion of Resort Management could disturb others, will not be tolerated and will be handled in the appropriate fashion.
In order to provide an appealing atmosphere for all guests, space has been provided at each site for one vehicle and one RV. All parking at the campsite is restricted to the guest site's parking pad. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is available ONLY in designated areas. For information regarding these areas, please inquire at the Ranger Station. All guests will be required to display a parking pass at all times while in the park.
We are a family oriented resort but catering to adults as well. We want everyone to have fun, enjoy our facilities and have a relaxing stay. Please respect other guests and our facilities. Please inform all members of your party of our Resort policies. Those not abiding by all our policies & posted regulation signage may be asked to leave with no refund
Parents are responsible for their children's actions. Children under age 12 are to be accompanied by an adult to all areas of the Resort, including the pool. All those under age 16 are to be at their site during quiet hours, 10:00pm to 7am.
Campfires are part of the camping experience and are allowed in the guest site fire pits or in the plaza bonfire pit only. All fires must be properly extinguished when not attended and must be of reasonable size so as not to endanger anyone or anything. For your convenience, the Ranger Station has wood bundles available for purchase. No outside wood may be brought onto the premises due to possibility of spreading disease. Only wood or charcoal may be burned. DO NOT EVER GATHER OR BURN ANY LOGS, LIMBS, PINE CONES, ETC FROM OUR SURROUNDING WOODS !
Proper swim attire in the pool area is required. Cut offs and street clothes are not acceptable. Parents need to accompany children 14 years old or younger while in the pool area. Children must be in swim diapers if not trained. There may be no lifeguards on duty; guests are responsible for their own safety.
Safe, slow driving is a must ! The speed limit is 7.5 miles per hour ! Children, pets & adults are at play or walking throughout the Resort. Please remember pedestrians and bicycles ALWAYS have the right away ! Vehicles must also yield to golf carts & both must yield to people, pets & bicycles.
All those under age 16 must be at their site after 10:00pm. These requirements apply equally to all guests. In the event the Resort has a scheduled activity that extends past 10:00pm, affected guests will be asked to be at their campsite no later than 15 minutes after the conclusion of the scheduled activity. All visitors of registered guests must leave the Resort by 10pm and MAY NOT stay overnight.
Dumping of grey water or sewage on the grounds is in violation of State Law & will not be tolerated.
Skates, skateshoes (heelies), rollerblades, skateboards or scooters ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE at any time within the Resort. Only ADA compliant scooter chairs are permitted for our special needs guests in our Resort. Dirt bikes and ATV riding is prohibited on Resort property. Bicycles should be put away at dusk; bicycles are not allowed on our sidewalks, on our covered porches or in our breezeway and certainly are never allowed in ANY building.
Clotheslines are NOT permitted anywhere in the Resort. For your convenience, our guest laundry is available.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at your site. Beer and wine are permitted off of your site but must be in an approved container (plastic or aluminum only, NO GLASS containers allowed off of your site).
Our amenities are intended for the use and enjoyment of every guest. No guest will be excluded from any area in the Resort unless the area has been reserved for a specific group or purpose with the written approval of management. Reservation requests may be granted or withheld at management's sole discretion and must be submitted to management at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation start time.
Pets are allowed, but are limited to dogs & cats ONLY. Sorry, no birds, snakes, pot-belly pigs, etc. However, service dogs are always allowed.
There may be no more than 2 pets per RV site with at least one pet weighing under 30 pounds. In other words, two large breed dogs are not allowed on one site unless one is under 30 pounds. Any / all aggressive pet breeds or any / all pets acting aggressively regardless of breed will not be allowed & guests may be asked to leave with NO refund. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after his pet and keeping the pet under control (leashed and refrained from excessive barking) throughout the entire resort except in the off-leash "bark park". If your pet is leashed on your site, the leash is not permitted to extend beyond your site boundaries. Due to heath regulations, pets are not allowed in Cabins (unless designated as pet-friendly), in the pool area, in the bath houses, bathrooms, Game Room/Snack Bar, Fitness Ctr, Great Lodge or Ranger Station.
The guest assumes ALL risks associated with play activities & bouncing on the jumping pillow & jumping pad. You play & jump at your own risk. You must be accompanied by an adult if under 12. Jumping pillow & jumping pad open at 9:00 am. & close at dusk. NO DRINKS OR WET SWIMSUITS ARE EVER ALLOWED ON THE JUMPING PAD OR JUMPING PILLOW.
RV'ing & camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature.
The fun continues rain or shine, heat or cold, bugs or no bugs at our Resort !
As a matter of courtesy, our guests are to always exercise good sense and respect for others. Please remember that we enforce our rules to protect our guests and our Resort. Resort management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates our Resort's rules, regulations and/or any staff directives.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE RESORT PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
I have read the above and all of those in my party fully agree to comply with all Resort rules, regulations and any Resort staff directives.
I understand that non-compliance of Resort rules, regulations or Resort staff directives could result in our being asked to leave immediately with no refund.
